Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Dajcoption! We are committed to providing high-quality custom display cabinets. Since our products are made to order based on customer specifications, the following return and refund policies apply:

1. Custom Display Cabinet Returns & Refunds
All display cabinets are custom-made according to customer requirements. We cannot accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind or other personal reasons. Once the order is confirmed and production begins, all sales are final.

2. Exceptions for Returns & Exchanges
If a display cabinet is damaged during shipping or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt. Provide relevant photos or videos to support your claim. We will evaluate the situation and provide free repair or replacement if necessary.

3. Order Cancellation
To cancel a custom display cabinet order, a request must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be canceled after this period.

4. Stock Product Returns
For any non-custom stock cabinets, if the product is unused and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Contact us to obtain return instructions. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

5. Shipping Damage or Loss
All cabinets are packed in reinforced wooden crates for sea shipping. Shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, and pricing is transparent and publicly available. If damage or loss occurs during shipping, Disphub will be responsible for repair or replacement at no additional cost.

6. Warranty Policy
All display cabinets come with a 2-year warranty. Any issues related to quality or defects within the warranty period will be addressed by Disphub through free repair or replacement.

7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Customers should ensure that their payment account information is accurate to avoid delays.

8. Important Notes
All display cabinets are custom-made. Slight differences in dimensions, color, or design may occur between the product and preview images. This does not constitute a reason for return or refund. Please inspect the packaging upon receipt. Any visible damage should be documented and reported immediately so that we can assist you.
